Instructions for use
Shake before use. Take 5 ml diluted in a small glass of water once a day in the morning before breakfast. Drink slowly in small mouthfuls and swirl in your mouth before swallowing.
This is taken directly from the “instructions for use” on the label. I am uncertain what is being asked:
Drink slowly in small mouthfuls while insalivating the blending in your mouth if possible.
